What are your customer service hours?
Can the Total Styler be used internationally?
At the moment the Total Styler is only available in the UK & Ireland with BS1363 plug. The use of travel adaptors on the Total Styler and will void any warranty.

Yes, the Total Styler comes with a one year warranty. If your problem defaults within the first year of purchase, please contact us on sales@donehair.com and we will begin the replacement process for your product

Do you sell replacement parts & different attachments for the Total Styler?
If you have lost or damaged one of your attachments for your Total Styler, please contact our customer service team on sales@donehair.com. At this moment in time, we unfortunately do not sell parts separately.

Yes, there are of course different methods for using the Total Styler on different hair types. We are confident that we have created a tool which can be used for all types of hair.
