Orders placed between 3rd November and Thursday 24th December 2020 may be returned up until 5pm on Tuesday 8th January 2021.

Return Policy

You must return the Total Styler with the original packaging, please include your order number and delivery postcode in the return parcel so that we are able to process your refund.

Please take care when packaging the goods for return and make a best attempt to return as close to how your Total Styler was packaged when received. A failure to package the returned item adequately may result in your return not being accepted. 

Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged and unused condition we will refund the full purchase price to the card or method you originally used for the purchase.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
